Is there a free trial? Do I need to enter my card details?
Yes — we offer a free trial ranging from 3 to 30 days depending on ongoing promotions. No credit card, UPI mandate, or auto-debit authorization is required. The trial simply ends if you don't choose to subscribe — you won't be charged anything.
How does billing work? Is it monthly or yearly?
All Fixomotive subscriptions are billed yearly only — one simple payment, full access for 12 months. There are no monthly plans, no auto-renewals, and no hidden charges. When your subscription ends, you manually renew if you want to continue.
What's the difference between Fixomotive Repair and Fixomotive Skills?
Is the Bundle really cheaper than buying both separately?
Yes. Buying Repair and Skills separately costs ₹5,900 + ₹5,900 = ₹11,800. The Complete Bundle is ₹9,999 — you save ₹1,801 per year, with no loss of features on either side.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay — credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. All prices are inclusive of GST with no hidden charges."
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
Refunds are only provided in two specific situations: duplicate payments (refunded fully) and service unavailability for more than 7 consecutive days (pro-rata refund). Because we offer a generous free trial, we expect you to fully evaluate Fixomotive before subscribing. For full details, see our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
What happens when my subscription ends?
Since there is no auto-renewal, your account simply moves to an inactive state at the end of the subscription period — no charges, no surprises. You can manually renew anytime to regain full access. Your data remains safe and is retained as per our Privacy Policy.
Do you offer special pricing for institutes, fleets, or multi-user teams?

Can I switch between plans or upgrade later?
Yes. If you start with Repair or Skills individually and later want both, you can upgrade to the Complete Bundle by contacting contact@fixomotive.in. Our team will adjust your subscription and apply the remaining value from your existing plan.
