Service Description
Fixomotive is an automotive Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides:
- Automotive troubleshooting guidance
- AI-based assistant support
- Diagnostic data reference
- Wiring diagrams, component details, ECM pinouts
- Workshop tools, manuals, and technical information
- Subscription-based software access
We do not sell physical automotive hardware or diagnostic tools as part of this service.
Eligibility
- Users must be 18 years or older.
- The software is intended strictly for professional automotive workshops, mechanics, and institutes.
- DIY users, hobbyists, or untrained freelancers should not use the software for real repairs.
- By using the platform, you confirm that the information you submit is accurate and genuine.
Account Registration
To use Fixomotive, you must:
- Create an account using your mobile number and/or email
- Provide correct workshop name and address
- Verify your identity through OTP
- Maintain confidentiality of your login details
You are responsible for all actions performed using your account.
License and Usage Rights
Fixomotive provides:
- A limited, revocable, non-transferable license
- For personal workshop use only
- Not for resale, redistribution, or public display
You may not:
- Copy or scrape our diagrams, data, videos, or content
- Share login access with other individuals or workshops
- Use the software to build competing products
- Reverse-engineer, exploit, or misuse the platform
Violation may result in permanent account termination.
Data Accuracy and Educational Purpose
Fixomotive contains educational and reference data, not guaranteed to be 100% accurate or OEM-verified.
Users must:
- Verify information using official manufacturer guidelines
- Follow proper diagnostic procedures
- Use professional tools and safety protocols
We are not liable for damages caused due to incorrect interpretations or misuse of our content.
Free Trial Terms
- We offer 3 to 30 days free trial, depending on promotions
- No credit card, UPI mandate, or auto-debit is required
- Users get access to flagship features
- Trial access ends automatically without any charges
Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions begin only after manual payment by the user
- There is no auto-renewal
- Plans are offered on monthly and yearly billing cycles
- Pricing and features may change with prior notice
You agree to pay all applicable fees displayed at the time of purchase.
Refund & Cancellation
Refund and cancellation rules are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is legally binding and included as part of these Terms.
Summary:
- Monthly Plans: No refund, no cancellation
- Yearly Plans: Cancellation allowed within 7 days with 10% deduction

User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the software for illegal or harmful activities
- Misuse data or violate intellectual property rights
- Upload harmful material, viruses, or scripts
- Share account access or login credentials
- Attempt to breach platform security

Intellectual Property Rights
All content in Fixomotive is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws, including:
- Diagrams
- Manuals
- ECM pinouts
- AI results
- Graphics
- Videos
- Logos
- Software code
- Database structure
No content may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.
AI Output Disclaimer
Fixomotive uses AI models to generate suggestions.
AI results:
- May not always be accurate
- Should not replace OEM recommendations
- Are for reference and educational purposes only
Users must apply professional judgement before performing any repair.
Limitation of Liability
Fixomotive is not liable for:
- Wrong diagnosis or repair performed by users
- Vehicle damage, safety issues, or accidents
- Loss of revenue or business
- Misuse of educational material
- Third-party integration failures
- Downtime, errors, or interruptions
Using the platform is at your own risk.
Third-Party Services
Fixomotive integrates with:

Their terms and privacy policies apply separately.
We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party systems.

These Terms are governed by Indian law.
Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh or the nearest applicable jurisdiction.
